Order Processing
We typically require 2–5 business days to fulfill your order and prepare it for shipment.
During peak periods or holidays, processing times may take up to 5 working days.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package every step of the way.

Tracking
All shipments include tracking information, which you will receive via email once your order leaves our facility.

Delays and Customs
Some international orders may experience delays due to customs clearance or local postal handling.
While most orders arrive within 8 days, delivery may occasionally extend to 2–3 weeks depending on your region’s import process.
Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days depending on warehouse location or product availability.
